Did you buy them from a store or online?

Research everything you buy. Not only to make good choices but it also let's you know what a good healthy specimen looks like so you know if you should walk away from a sale.

If you have any questions we are more then willing to help with your tank. It's a lot of information to take in and many right ways to do it, some easier then others but nonetheless many routes to a nice established reef.
My bad, it was in an in-person sale. I saw the skeleton and thought that was just stress. Good learning experience at my expense I guess, should have done some research.

Live and learn. Frequent this forum and look for pics of healthy specimens.
The good news is you didn't kill them, they came that way.
If your water is good, they might survive.

How old is your tank, the presence of ammonia and no nitrates might suggest a newish tank that hasn't completed cycling.

2 years, I think i feed to much lately I know for a fact I've been a little heavy-handed with the food
Certainly completed cycling.
You might try to get a healty trumpet, they are easy with your parameters.
Some of these corals need a little po4 (< 0.1) and nitrate (<10 ppm) for best results.

I have 2 nitrate reactors going because before I had major nitrate problems. Should I turn them both off or turn 1 off or what should I do. I remember my tap water had high phosphates so I started using rodi. Do I have to buy some supplements?

Turn 1 off, check nitrate and po4 after a week.

So let me give you some context, I just got these corals 2 days ago. They do not look good at all. These are blue candy cane and kryptonite candy canes. I want to do everything I can to save these corals. I know this might be stress from transport
Dang. I’m Wondering if mine are good lol just got a couple in today from a shipment.

True...but your LFS shares some blame here if they sold you those as anything else than a penny on the dollar rescue coral.

You are likely getting false readings from test kits as API is notorious for false readings and has disappointed Many reefers. I WOULD SUGGEST TAKING A WATER SAMPLETO A TRUSTED LFS that does NOT use API kits and see what readings they come up with

Alright, do you recommend any kits? Red sea is nice, hanna is expensive

Yours are absolutely fine dont trip.
I figured ! But doesn’t it look like their skellys are wanting to show ???! I literally got them in the mail about 6 hours ago lol so they’ve been In the tank for about 5 I turned off my power head in my evo 13.5 and just running the return pump flow.

Your lfs deserves the blame for selling dead and dying corals, I wouldnt give them anymore of my business unless I had no other options.

They are fine just getting acclimated, they will get puffed up once they completely acclimate.

Awesome we shall see I guess I’ll keep power head ? Or do you think I should just turn the power on and let them adjust and get used to the flow.

Unless they get completely blasted i would turn on the flow.
If I have the small power head on it hits back glass and goes to the candy’s. It’s not super high flow but it’s enough it’s the smallest hydor koralia pump
