I initially started with 6 green chromis. Over time, they slowly disappeared until I was left with what I thought was 2. About 2 weeks ago, the third one mysteriously reappeared. But since then, he's been acting funny. He was getting picked on by my hippo tang when he reemerged, but that seems to have stopped. However, he tends to hang out in the corner of the tank during the day and at night he's just up from out in the open, whereas the other chromis all go into caves to sleep. He doesn't go anywhere near the other chromis anymore. As of two days ago, he was eating fine. I haven't been home during the last two days during feeding time so I'm not sure if he ate yesterday or not. Today, I noticed his belly was sunken in.

Yes, that is very thin in the belly, but still has pretty good body condition overall. I don’t see any other signs of disease, but it could be an internal issue of some sort.
For supportive care, the best thing to do is to isolate it in a basket or another tank and try to entice it to start feeding again.
