Is my conch supposed to climb the glass?

Just got my first fish 2 weeks ago and I got a conch to clean up food leftovers. He is a tiger conch and when I went to check on the tank today he is halfway up the side. Is this normal or is something wrong?

normal when there is a lack of food in the tank(seems the tank is VERY new). make sure to get some nori, or sinking algae waffers. it is likely hungry.

I've had crabs climb the side of my glass before. Normal for CUC to do this!
