Is my new wrasse sick or stressed out?

It looks like he has some white spots, could it be ich? But, I am new in this still so might be wrong...

My wrasse did not make it =/, when I went to look for him, could not find anywhere, next day found him in little cave dead with starfish attached him

I have a carpenters wrasse who's doing the same. He in there with only two ocellaris clowns and a pretty standard clean up crew. Put the blue lights on and he's out and about now
