My tank is 4 weeks old its not going to be dark no?
Being only 4 weeks . If you get any skimmate it can essentially be any colour . Depends on the available organics and how slow the skimmer pushed the foam to the collection cup

is the tank cycled already ?

No rush to add anything .
slower is always best .
was just asking as if there is no livestock running a skimmer to break in is ideal , it’s not needed at the start for removing organics as there wouldn’t be any at that time

The skimmer foam head will get heavier and heavier in organics and they fall on each other. Pushing the thicker stuff up. Hths you. All tanks have organics. If you put your hands or arms in the tank congrats you've added phosphates and such. Ppl act like the water is supposed to be or is pristine when in fact it is not.

Did u add bottled bacteria? Bam done. Added
Did u ghost feed? Bam. Done.
Did u cycle the tank? Does it matter? No it does not imo.

Skimmers are not made to continually skim 24/7.
They vary and work on and off with the organic compounds in your water at the present time. The DOC.

This is the status of it now. Filled with brown water
