I am cycling my tank with Gulf live rock. My
Ammonia .25 ppm
Nitrite 1.0 ppm
Nitrate 160 ppm
Does this mean that my tank is almost done cycling? My Ammonia has dropped a lot. It has been 2 weeks.

Gulf live rock = live rock straight from the ocean, never dried out? Post curing if shipped, that provides a skip cycle. Your .25 ammonia is likely a false positive.

Ammonia being processed is key. If you want to verify, you can dose ammonia and make sure it measures above your current .25 reading. Wait a day and if it drops back to .25 or below you are good to go. But with true live rock, you can stock immediately.

I guess, some stuff on your rock didn’t survive, hence high nitrates. I would do large water change and introduce fish to a new dwelling.

Presence of nitrite is going to elevate your nitrate reading.
