Is my tank too small for a Midas Blenny?

So I have a Biocube 32. The minimum size requirement for these fish are supposed to be 30 gallons, which is the size of my tank, but I’m wondering if I have enough swimming space for this fish to be comfortable. I just got one yesterday that’s probably 3.5 inches. Will I have to eventually return this fish or it will be comfortable as it fully grows?
Here’s my tank

Do you think I could get a small female to replace later on? I believe this one is male because of the bigger dorsal and just bigger size in general
I personally would provide all the space they need from the onset to keep them happy

Depending on how active your Blenny is, That tank had lasted the whole life. Neither one of my midas blennies move outside of a foot away from there hang out spot.
I can’t tell that yet because he’s still a little stressed out from having territory issues with my royal gramma. I guess only time will tell

This is just showing how big he is straight with the glass. He’s starting to come out just a little more. He’s out because of the food
