Is there a way to save a search on this site?

I tried looking for the answer on the site and I couldn't find an admin section, but I'd like to know if there's a way to run a search and then save it (or even better, save it and get notified by email if the search finds something in the future). I use the search option frequently.

What I do is copy/paste the results into TextEdit (app). The links still work.
