My 2 year old clown has a white spot around its right fin and its left eye looks cloudy compared to the left. Does this look like a bacterial infection or something different?

It could be, but it would be secondary to some injury.
Can you get a clearer picture taken under white light ?

It does look like an injury. What other fish are in with it?

Nothing has been added in 6 or so months but it has another smaller clown, a coral beauty angelfish, ruby head fairy wrasse and a starry blenny
Those are unlikely to have caused the fish injury, still the way two different areas are affected it pretty much leans to being a secondary bacterial infection from some injury. Primary bacterial infections are usually systemic or at least symmetrical in their growth.
Assuming it is secondary, the two choices are to wait it out or move the fish to a treatment tank and dose it with a broad spectrum gram negative antibiotic like furan-2 or Neoplex ....
