Only thing you’re likely to find that looks like that is a Zoanthid eating nudibranch. Did you happen to just add some corals?

If you do in fact have a berghia nudibranch they're a good thing. They eat aptasia. Can you get a picture of your specific one to verify?

I did just remove a aptasha. I removed it with aptasha X. I did just get two corals and did not dip them(had no dip) so is there any other thing that looks like that. Or could it be a hitch hicker.

If you didn't intentionally add it it's definitely a hitchhiker. There are a wide variety of nudibranch. Some good some bad. Would need a picture of your specific specimen to determine
