Is this a Spionid worm?

So I was examining my tank this evening when I noticed on one of my corals a tube kind of sticking out. From the tip of the tube was two small like tentacles sticking out and I have no idea what it is. I googled some things but I would rather have someone with a good eye who has had these in their tank before, identify it for me and let me know if they’re good or bad. Yes it is. the two strings are palps which are used for feeding . I dont want them in my tanks and generally remove at base as you would with a vermetid snail

Is their any negative affects to having it in the tank.
