Okay first video on my double head hammer- are those fluffy white things sponges? Harmless or okay?

next video on single hammer- a bit more difficult to tell, it’s hard getting a good angle from the tank. Not sure if it is anything but I feel like that was not there before. Understandable if this is unidentifiable from the video lol

+1 pineapple sponge and 2nd vedio is not clear. I think if your water gets little dirty they come their to get food
