So I've got this oyster a few weeks ago (as a zoa rock) and it's been doing well, been feeding it and it looks really fleshy and opens quite a bit and reacts
fast, this morning this starfish/sponge looking thing showed up there, should i remove it or what is it?

Asterina star fish. If it showed up on zoa, I would chuck it. Some feed on coral some don't.
it's inside the oysters mouth, the oyster has atleast 100 zoas on him and i don't want to risk anything, should i get the zoas off the oyster or just open it's mouth and get rid of the starfish? i haven't seen any others i watch my tank most of the time and it's the first time i see it

Yup, that's what they do, lol.
I would wait it out then. Closing on a tool will do more harm than good.
