That is a palythoa, a relative of zoanthids. They can grow like weeds and can be hard to get rid of when they take over your tank. I would recommend you get rid of it by pulling it off the lobo. Palys are also dangerous because they contain a toxin called palytoxin, so be careful when pulling it out.
