Hi all hope all is well.
On my newly bought gsp frag i noticed what looked like a sort of old barnacle shell and was black in the centre circle but could see it like zig zag opening.
Now lights are off im looking in tank and see this anemone looking thing, its very small like 3- 4 mm diameter. As lights are off im unsure the colour but sort of looks pale/ translusant.
Im new but as looking pictures of aiptasia it doesn't look like this but very could be a small one idk but maybe sort of looks like mojana or anyone know what it is of different?

Based on what I can see in these pics, I can't say what that even is, let alone tell you if it's OK or if you should remove it.

Common wisdom in the hobby is, "when in doubt, pull it out".

But I tend to go the other way. Until I see that something is a problem, I'm willing to give it a chance. I've ended up with some cool and different things in my tank. If you can pull the rock it's on and put it in a small holding tank (even just a small bucket or tub with a bubbler on it), that's what I would do. If you can't, I'd leave it and keep a close eye on it.
