Is this anything to worry about or just a unique yasha goby?

So, my yasha FINALLY came out of his cave - I feel like the shrimp kicked him out unfortunately… I saw his side and his left side is a different pattern to his right. Here’s a photo of both sides

It’s the nipped dorsal fin that makes me think it was the shrimp (A fish can’t give another fish just a straight line worth of ripped fin, and I doubt a clown goby would go after an established shrimp goby).

I know this was just about the yasha but I went downstairs to look at my big tank and this was odd, usually the tang is a dull brown colour with almost 0 yellow, now he’s pale with the brightest yellow I’ve ever seen. His face is white-ish. Here’s a photo

I’m concerned because the last fish that went in was 2 months ago (September) and that showed no signs of illness or anything. Is this just displaying colours or something wrong with him?..
