I would treat with a 5 min FW dip before going into QT then 2 scoops of metro per 10G for 14 days. All fish exposed will need to be treated and your DT left fallow for 6 weeks. Brook is a quick killer so time is not on your side.
Bummer I figured it was.. so I can find the ruby on amazon but can’t seem to find the chloroquine I see para gard by seachem is that the right stuff? That definitely looks like brook. Sorry to see it.
If possible, do a bath in formalin or Ruby Reef Rally, then transfer to QT and treat with metronidazole or chloroquine.

You wouldn't give them an acriflavine bath first?
Agree with @Frtdrmrose7; if you don't have formalin or RRR on hand, go with the freshwater dip. Don't wait.
Chloroquine isn't widely available; Metroplex should be available at many LFS or overnight by Amazon.
