Is this bulb good enough to grow chaeto?

I was just wondering if this bulb would be good to grow chaeto, and not just barely grow it but grow it well enough to pull nutrients out of of the water.

nah you want waterproof I use these

It says it’s waterproof, but the light you linked looks good too.

I used very similar bulbs for years and that should grow chaeto very well.
