It was green and slimy but chemiclean is working to take it away...Cyano is red but hard to tell with blue lights. Take a pic with whites.
I’ve never seen green cyano. Get your own RODI water and salt and you won’t get cyano.
It's not cyano...it's still there I ise RODI and also use red sea salt. I have chaeto in my refugium which grows like a weed by the way so I know there is definitely nutrients in my tank. So what is it??? I change my water tomorrow I'm gonna scrub the rock and clean the substrate...this tank is a year old and I have more problems now than ever before.I’ve never seen green cyano. Yes well its not cyano....it's still there today. I'm gonna sxrub my rocks...i am getting a lot of purple coraline...could it be that??cyano is usually red in our systems, but it can abolutely be green.

If it’s coraline and you don’t want it take the whole rock out before it spreadsI was going to say it could be green coraline algae. Try to scrape at it with your nails and if it is hard and doesn't come up then more than likely it is coraline algae.
