Is this Dinos growing on my anemone guard?

There is this brownish red algae that is growing on my anemone guards that have trapped air bubbles. I also had this on the back wall but I cleaned it yesterday. A few days ago I had 0 nitrate and 0 phosphate but now my nitrate is at 0.8 and my phosphate is 0.1. My nutrients aren’t perfect because it crashed due to me being on vacation. Does anyone know if this is Dinos or something else? Thank you (the algae irl is more brown but because of the lighting it looks really red)

I can’t really tell from the picture. Too blue.
It could be just algae.

Yes, that should help but not guaranteed.
Best thing to do is get your parameters in balance and observe. I keep my Nitrates between 10-15 and phosphate 0.10 - 0.15.
