Is this flukes on my big naso?

I just noticed these 3 spots on my naso. Never seen these before. Naso was first fish in the tank and showed no symptoms of any diseases for almost 2 weeks. My other fish from my old tank also disease free were added about a week ago.

Just odd this big guy would develop these 3 lil spots.

I’m thinking it’s flukes in which case I need to prank my display. What you guys think?

Doesn't look like flukes, but can we see a zoomed out photo?

They dissappeared the next day maybe my cleaner shrimp got it. It left a dark mark that’s faded since..
