Looking to treat this fish in its own qt tank at work but wanted to double check what it is

The fish eats just fine. He's in copper and is being fed api general cure (all the fish do) with focus and kanaplex.

That’s brooklynella. Common with clownfish, and just as deadly. Medicate and QT all your fish fast or there will be a lot of casualties.
You can probably medicate the DT if there are no corals or inverts.

Ah ok that was my third guess. He is in a copper tank.
