All I have is a video of my yellow watchman eating so I apologize for the blurry quality of you try to pause.
But can someone tell me if this is GHA or Bryopsis? And what is the best way to get rid of it?

Can’t open video on my phone but bryopsis will be thicker fern like leaves whereas gha Will be stringy fine leaf with lessor root system
For both, start with pulling as much down to the base as you can and then reduce white light intensity for a few days. Cleaners such as chiton , emerald crabs , sea urchins and lg astrea snails will help eradicate.

I will upload a photo when I get home this evening.
I will for sure adjust the lights.
Once a photo is uploaded, if anyone could verify which kind it is that would be great!

Here are two new photos. Sorry the quality isn’t great.
I have been running whites for 11.5 hours daily. I changed the settings last night to only run whites 8.5 hours daily moving forward.
Before you ask - most parameters are normal but this only includes salinity, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. pH is slightly high at 8.4. I try to keep it at 8.2. (I use the API test kit. Will be purchasing different in the near future)
I don’t have the reef kit so I can’t test for phosphates, calcium, or the carbonate hardness.
Again, I’ll be purchasing a different test kit hopefully very soon.. I’ve noticed many people are not a fan of API.
So now.... what do you think this algae is that I can’t get rid of?
I am doing a water change tonight. I’ve had to wait a few days because the LFS has been out of salt and will be getting a shipment today.
My last water change was 11 days ago (about 3g. I have a 16g biocube)
