Is this green hair algae?

Not sure what kind of algae this is. If it's a type of green hair algae, was thinking of using fluconazole.
The stuff is all over my rocks and is really tough to scrape off. Starting to encroach on mushroom coral and hammer coral.

Salinity 0.025
Nitrates 5 PPM
Phosphate zero

Your nitrates and phosphates are testing low because the algae growing on your rocks and stuff is taking up the nutrients. I agree that it looks short for GHA. It could still be, but It may also be turf algae. Can you send a picture with whites on to help aid ID, please?
