Is this ich or velvet?

Treating for both but would like to know if this is actually velvet and not ich? Better photos now. Thanks.

With ick, you can count the dots in which it appears to be ich
Qt with a copper treatment such as copper safe. Be sure to have a reliable copper test kit on hand

It looks like ich. My powder brown has ich too. He is in QT and I'm treating with hyposalinity. After four days all spots are off of him and lying at the bottom of the tank.
