What is that under his belly? I never see this before he ate too much or what ? Please help. Thanks

It looks like air is trapped in his swim bladder.
I dont know how to deal with it though since I’ve never come across it.

Other than the swim bladder issue, it looks like you’ve raised a lovely looking tang!
Thank you for the encouragement, it’s in recovering process since the winter storm in Texas this year. I almost lost my tank during the storm (2 day without power) , luckily it survived and still slowly recovering ( only lost couple sps frags)

Some very lovely fish too, I especially love the two large angels that are most likely classed as the least reef safe angelfish. It really does show that if you put effort into a tank anything can be possible.
