Yes. Possibly Caulerpa serrulata .

It does indeed look that that. I picked up an anemone that was attached to the rock that that was on. I dodn't want to chance putting it in my tank so I was able to the the nem off with some ice cubes and the round end of a toothbrush.

It was amazing how much grip that anemone had. It took me over an hour to get him off!
