Is this the dreaded aiptasia that sprung up overnight on my glass?

It doesn't seem to be moving, just showed up overnight on the tank glass. Just kind of bobbing in the wind. Is it the dreaded aiptasia? If so, I've only read about people removing them by epoxying them shut on the rock, don't know what to do on the glass...
