Just want to know if this poo is a sign of an internal parasite. My goby has been eating a lot of white fish eggs recently and little else while in qt for ich.

Yes that is a symptom of intestinal worms or parasites.

Start feeding food soaked with Metroplex or General cure + focus.

General cure is my go to, it covers both worms and parasites.

I have successfully cured many fish with the use of Metroplex as well.

Ok thank you very much- I have general cure and will get focus. Is there a place on r2r where I can see dosage instructions? The goby doesn’t eat much- if I store the food that has been does with GC in the fridge for 24 hours is that ok? (Right now I mix up fish eggs and frozen food in saltwater, feed half one day and half the other).

Dosage:

1 scoop GC (that comes with focus) + 1 scoop focus added per one tablespoon of prepared food.

Refrigerating after mixing is fine. I do this all the time using prepared frozen food. Use for +/-5 days then toss and make new.
