As per a lions den thread, it loos like a Sphaeromatid (good) but I'm too nervous to put in the tank.
Eyes slight on the side and they curl to a perfect ball.

it don't look snail like under the shell, so it's isopod, but if it's like slug/snail under that shell it's chiton (the second one is really good to have as a CUC, but the 1st one not all of them are good.

you can search in google for isopods, there are many, and to compare to your one, from there you can get which is the particular one and is it good or bad for you :)

My phone is not very good definitely not snail/ slug like. It looks like a beetle, I can see legs.
I'll try for a better photo.
