I like that the weir employs long thin 'slots' rather than 'teeth' ... providing much more surface area for skimming. The larger the area that gets skimmed by the weir, the more oxygenation that will take place.
The tool's alone that you provide to screw down the bulk head fittings should be reason alone to buy one of your sumps! Thats something often over looked by other companies. Hand tightening is good but getting that one extra twist to screw things down can really help!
Last entry: I don't have a pic of a sump I want to replace as the only tank with a sump is new, including sump. But the RS Max e170 I use for coral frag tank has the ability built in to add a sump. Would love to add a sump to this tank so if I won, I'd do this tank. Already has the overflow but would love the sump!
