I've recently started running my tank on NSW (two weeks) and for some reason i now have quite a bad case of diatoms algae, the tanks been running for a year before hand so I was just wondering if this is normal when first converting to NSW and how can i get rid of it?
Many thanks

Anytime you make changes it can trigger small outbreaks. Just let them run their course.

Ok thank you for your advise, I haven't treated it as such just because I wanted to get as much advice as I could
