You know what, you have the upgrade bug bad. I know how it feels.

Also, do check the area you are moving too.
Do you know when you are moving?
Not yet - either Arkansas or PA.

We just don’t know what we’re going to do yet.

I also forgot to mention that when I moved my tank I used the same water and the sand bed was distributed and I ended up with that Dino/cyano crap
I’ve recently moved and I used all new water + new sand and it was like a mini rip clean lol , however I wil not use power heads in bin again… something died and killed everyone due to ammonia

I’m surprised that worked , I made my tank have super high nutrients / algae to combat Dino’s lol anytime I cleaned they came back stronger

That’s good ! I imagine the deep clean resets the micro biome which would not favor Dino’s , now you got me wanting to do one

After a year, rip cleans aren't needed much anymore. I may need to do another here soon. My last one was back in april. Or, I just need to buy more crabs and snails. Or, get rid of the wrasse. Argh. he's so pretty though :(

water's a bit cloudy. Someone is spitting up the sand.

I as always told you werent supposed to remove those, because those hold the tank together. They add/strengthen the structural integrity of the tank. Maybe I was told wrong?
They look ugly but only if you look for them/ aware, most people just look for fish :)

One of my good friends is in Hawaii right now:

Pretty cool he got to see wild tangs!
Paul b has seen so many tangs diving, he can't stand to see them anymore. Dont be scared to ask him!
Its why he doesn't like them in his tank.

Saw some really good deals on Facebook marketplace today… none of which were in my price range though. All of the ones I saw that I liked were 125g+ and was $1,500-$3,000. :/

What I would want in a new setup is sort of high tech, with livestock. (Especially with a yellow tang)

Dfind this though:

I think it would be the most wise to wait until I move.
