Something made the Duncan mad… hmmm

(I’ll get a pic of the torch and the digi later today)
This is my worst nightmare (BTA splitting), mine is already a terrorist and having two in a nano with lots of other corals just seems like a disaster waiting to happen. But if you’re stoked, I’m happy for you, it’s always exciting when corals/nems propagate themselves. :)

A nightmare!? How is yours a terrorist, lol.

If I get too many, I’ll sell them to LFS in the blink of an eye. Money!! ;Woot ;Happy ;Greedy

Sometimes they close when growing new heads ! I would call that a win !
Your probably right, coral scares me some times. ;Nailbiting

It’s time for a water change anyway, so I’m going to do one. I’m also going to get those GBA off the rock today and vacuum the sand.

I am going to upload pics of the torch and the digi once they open back up to where they usually are. (Right now they are closed up because I had my hand in the tank)!

The minute my finger touches the water corals retract so after this rock change my hands are only going in once a week for water changes

I had my BTA for at least 6 months before it decided to split! Now I have one half that just won’t sit still.
I don't care if it wont sit still. I love my bta, I would love 60 of him. No, i'm not kidding.

How is your torch doing?
Note: that algae is not on the torch, it’s on the glass (cleaning the glass is on my to do list as well )

But that’s how long the tentacles extend to.

I’ve only had mine for around a month!

I love anemones :). Congrats on the split! You’ll have a lot soon most likely.
I can see why, your nems are awesome!

I’m hoping so. If I do start getting a lot, I’m going to sell to my LFS or to other local reefers. :D

Looks good! I have a hammer coral that does the same thing when it splits. It used to be really extended and fluffy, but it gets really compact during the splitting process.

Yours looks healthy and happy to me!
