This is one system all tied together but I did not add the calcium reactor until I added the sps tank. I also dose pickling lime at night to help stabilize my pH.

Did you see a difference in the softy tank after adding the calcium reactor?

Would you have dosed if you didn't have the clam? I guess what I'm trying to ask is do you need to dose a softy tank or will water changes suffice?
You need to keep your parameters stable weather you do that with dosing, a reactor or water changes it can be done. I think some are easier than others.

Softy tank is impressive. Good to see more people doing them.

They seem to be becoming more popular again.. The Colors and the motion.

Also the size of you Softy colonies. You got me wanting to do one again..
