I bought this coral as just a toadstool but it’s a weird shape and the polyps are also strange. I have a regular giant green toadstool and this looks very different. Can anyone ID for me? The tentacles are bright green sorry it didn’t show very well.

Looks exactly like my green polyp toadstool when I frag it.
it’ll grow out to look more like this

New pic, opened a lot more and shows the true color. Also, is this placement okay? Almost 0 flow here, right under the powerhead. Just wanna make sure it won’t fight with the red dragon acro/ chalice.

It will eventually irritate the acro. no issue with the chalice though.

You May to consider moving the acro rather than the toadstool though as acros like higher flow and you mentioned it’s a low flow area.

Yeah I was thinking about it, it came super abused from a friend’s tank so I was letting it heal up a little bit cause all the high flow areas left are also high light and I don’t wanna shock the poor thing
