Installed the frag lights and moved my frag rack to the tank yesterday. Going to install some light diffuser this week and start adding a bunch of frags. Wish me luck....

So I broke down and picked up some Vibrant. I am having a war with Bubble Algae and it seems to have won....for now. I like the Vibrant as it seems natural in that it is bacteria that targets algae. I will post progression pictures as I start this week. Looking forward to a bubble algae free tank. @UWC

Update - 3rd week of dosing and Dinoflagellates have hit. I think the issue was a combination of that my light was really strong and my Phosphates and Nitrates were borderline 0. Lowered my lights and dosing Nitrates and phosphates. So far it seems like they are slowly getting better.

Even though I have a run in with GHA and Dinos i think the tank looks good. Corals are loving the added Nitrates and phosphates. Getting great color and good growth. Also I added about 13 new frags... :)

Awesome thread! I just got the same tank a couple weeks ago and I am in the building process. I have been trying to figure out how those mars aqua lights are and I have my answer! I’ll be getting them. The tank looks amazing and hope to get mine like yours.

Thank you!! Go for it!! I have never had Radions, Hydras, etc so I cant speak in comparison. However, I really like the Mars Spectrum and they are easy to adjust now that they are tied into my Apex system via VDM modules.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Picked up some nice frags from a local hobbyist today. Really nice colors. I have them in my Frag tank and will post some pictures in the tank tomorrow.

New frags are settling in nicely in frag tank. Will move to DT tomorrow and wait a week to mount them.

Trimmed up one of my birdnest to make some room for other pieces. Frag tank is starting to fill up.

A little bit of Necrosis started on one of the birdsnests. I wanted to remove it anyways for other corals I purchased. Fragged it and put it in the frag tank. Need to put them on plugs tomorrow.
