Yes sir! When I had my tank in 2003 my corals were growing like weeds with my Halide/VHO setup. Hopefully I can get similar results back with the T5s now that my corals seem to have move passed the crash. I have been slacking with my NO3 and PO4 weekly testing though. Will need to pick that back up when I get back from vacation next week.

You currently have this same layout?

This time I could only get 4 Blue+, had to get bulbs from 3 different places to get 4 Blue+.

That sounds like a great layout. I think I might go with this layout.

I want to squeeze 2 blue+ between the coral+ and blue+ like yours but that is directly over my rock work and thinking the above layout would give my Acro's the best chance of getting hit by all of the needed spectrum. What do you think?

That should give you a 20k look. I have same bulb combo as that on my carpet nem tank.

Poppin Polyp Friday

Took a quick video with my phone the other night of my hairiest Acros and a Stylo for good measure. Lens filter came out a little green though.

Looking real shaggy there must say.

Are you shooting those pics through a lens barrel?

No. Just the Coralvue lens filter and my phone. I only have the 20k lens and it makes everything seem a little green though.

After posting I just realized I didnt get my Green Slimer in there which is the hairiest thing in my tank.... oh well, next time.
