No clue why they made you sign. We never choose signature required.Its a bad situation all around. @Jersey Corals has been very helpful, so please don't throw them any shade. They helped me navigate which UPS Stores to go to, as the UPS website isn't very helpful, and the App is even worse.
I TOLD my office staff coworkers to keep the door unlocked specifically for this package all day, since I work out in the field all day. A signature was needed on the package as well, but my coworkers did not hear anyone try the door, I assume UPS left a sticker on the door in a hurry without checking inside the building. I immediately arranged for pickup after the first attempt at the nearby UPS store while tracking the package on my phone, but UPS delayed rerouting it, as stated before. I'm just very emotionally and physically drained driving back and forth to the UPS offices on Thursday, Friday and finally today on Saturday holding out hope that the babehs would survive.
I'll get there as soon as I can at 5pm when they reopen. My work starts at 6am and is 40 mins away from the ups customer service center, otherwise I'd pick them up sooner.
You received 2 Acan frags, 2 hammers (one being our HG hammer and the other being our pink/purple hammer, and an octo frag.Picked up the new shipment after jersey corals generously sent a replacement. Acclimating them now. Although it appears the coral are different this time. It looks like 5 frags of euphyllia and acans, instead of the 6 euphyllia originally. What exactly did I get this time?
