We appreciate the concern. It's been a crazy two weeks. My family ended up getting COVID. Fortunately we are all okay and I ended up not getting it. Crazy two weeks at our offices with COVID as well.

Well, I got the shipment in today. UPS delayed the shipment by more than 48 hours. The coral were in bags for more than 72 hours. All dead.

Hey @Utubereefer. We have been considering how to respond, since all the details are not being conveyed. Without putting blame on anyone, we are going to attach the tracking below. This shipment was shipped Via UPS next day Air on 1/19/22. The package arrived in Florida on 1/20/22. A delivery attempt was made by UPS at a business address prior to the commitment time of 12PM on 1/20/22. No one answered the door, and a door tag was left. When a first delivery attempt fails, we always highly recommend, and most of the time do ourselves, reaching out to UPS and demanding a reattempt on the same business day as there are critical contents in the package. Before we could do anything, a request was made to UPS to have the package redirected to a UPS store for pickup. Unfortunately when this is done, no further delivery attempts will be made at the original address, and this always results in further delays. Unfortunately the package did not make it to the UPS store until Friday after it closed for the day. UPS did their job. Even with all of this being said, we are still figuring out a way to make this right. With paid orders, we have it in very clear terms on our website, if the first delivery attempt fails as a result of the customer not being available to accept delivery, the package and anything that happens to said corals becomes the full responsibility of the customer. Up until 11:28AM on 1/20/22, we did everything right, as well as UPS.

HG Hammer
Rainbow Hammer
Orange Hammer
Pink/purple hammer
Indo Octospawn.

We made this a very nice pack. As always, we own EVERY package until it arrives to the customer, barring the terms that are explicitly laid out on our site. We have replaced wholesale orders exceeding thousands of dollars in the past due to carrier screw ups.

That package was stacked!!!!! What a shame it didn’t make it. @Jersey Corals really hooked up this giveaway pack! Seems like their site has some fire on it!
