Hey! I just wanted to take a second to thank everyone for the wealth of knowledge that can be found on here. Recently someone gave me a biocube that needed to be resealed due to a slow leak. I made a trip to Home Depot and picked up what I thought was the right 100% silicone to reseal the biocube. After I sealed it, I stumbled across an old thread about resealing tanks using silicone from HD and figured out that I actually bought the wrong one as the one I picked up has mold inhibitors in it. Thankfully I hadn't put anything in the tank before I figured out the error. I've gone back and cut out the replaced silicone and will be heading to HD again tonight to get the right silicone. This forum literally just saved me a ton of headaches and money. Thanks to everyone for all the knowledge they share!
