Thanks for stopping. I struggle keeping up with threads with life. Your thread slipped from watched threads but I do remember your build. I will stop in for a quick catchup. Hope the reef is doing well.
@Crabby48 well life definitely gets that way. My build is pretty boring up until about page 8, then it starts to pick up.

Sorry friend. I feel like it’s only a matter of time for me. So many tanks popped and seeing a few 425 didn’t help.
Great tank to learn and get started but last one I’ll own.
Thanks for stopping by

Ye just keep an eye on the seams, you can only see it when you look to the side panel to the front panel seam. Sounds weird but you know what I mean when you look at the picture.

Good luck

Thanks for advice. I look when I clean the glass. I know the view you speak of. Pictures show it good.
Planned on upgrade but things changed when corona hit

Was going to get planet aquariums but their price got to close to others. I don’t think they have the detail for price difference.
Coast to coast in NJ or CDA. I like C2C because it’s local. Save on pick up and can approve quality.
6’ x 32” x 27” display external overflow, two or three returns. Was thinking UV on third return with separate pump
Sapphire on 3 sides.
Would like 7’ but water volume gets scary going long and wide.
Stand would be steel or T slot depending on price.
My tank equipment would be switched over with 2 more power heads one more return pump and bigger skimmer. And the killer one more xr30 light. Down the road I would add reef brights if needed. I like t5 but they kill shimmer. Reef rights are t5 with shimmer.

You have been busy since the kids and I stopped by. Looks great!
Thank you. Long way to go but huge leaps have been made.
You said I didn’t know you because I thought you would vote for different wrasse. I think if you see her in person you would say I’m right.;)

@Sophisticated Reefer what happened to the silicone seams on your Reefer tank? Did it come that way and did it start leaking?
No I ordered a new tank because red sea dint wanna do anything about warranty or support so it had been like 2,5 month and then the new tank came.

Still need to do some scaping on the left side

I think Red Sea pushes rimless tank size boundaries. From now on anything 4’ or bigger gets eurobraced. I can see front and back glass bow slightly from all the weight pushing out.
