I need to retire so I can spend time on R2R reading everyone’s build thread.

Tank is doing good. Was away for a few days and as always that is the time coral come unglued. Couple sps frags show little life and a frag of space invader lost most flesh. They show some life so we will see how the recover.

Male clown went over to check out a BTA that took a walk and when the clown found the anemone crab he attacked killing the crab. If I didn’t see it I wouldn’t have believed the male did it. #naturalreef

Red Goni is one of the oldest corals in my tank. Always happy and hosted male clownan anemone crab. It loves to be spot feed and didn’t sulk when I bump it with coral feeder. It grew from a tiny frag to little bigger then a baseball. few weeks ago the Goni was waking up as the lights ramped up and at night it was a skeleton. It disintegrated like a piece of paper in the tank.
It was by far my favorite coral and bum factor was high.

Highly recommend retirement.. lol. Bummer about your goni :( that thing was beautiful.
Haha. If I didn’t spend my money I may have a chance at retirement. At least I had a great time when I could. That was the coral that kept my confidence up when things went wrong. Blows my mind how it just vanished so fast.

Great pics Crabby!
I'm sorry about the goni and the crab. :(

Thank you. Mystery death are the ones that hurt the most. I’m sure many tank mates enjoyed the crab and being survival of the fittest I’m ok with it but wish I could keep a crab.

With us too. Andrew's last one was missing for a few months, now he's out all the time.
