Switching salt from Fritz to Tropic Marin Pro. Mixing my first 10 gallons. Po4 stayed at .07 but my NO3 dropped to 5. I will cut back on fuge light I would prefer No3 to stay 10 or higher.

While mixing I had to take some pictures but was hard to get a clear picture with dirty glass.

Usually lasts me about 4 months. I use it in the Biocube too which gets regular 10g changes. In the 110 I don’t do them regularly but every 6 months or so I’ll do two or three 20g changes over two weeks. Preventative I guess..... Sorta my own modified Triton regimen.

Came home and Lineatus is laying on the sand bed. He looks fine but not very interested in food. I’ll be surprised if he makes the night but may get a day or two. So confused

Pintail is out and about now but won’t leave the Midas blenny alone.
The good is the clowns have been very playful. Let’s see how long it last

Did he maybe jump hard scatter his own type a bit? Hopefully just a temporary condition.
I think someone put him in his place for once and he is just stressed.
You bring up a good point with him jumping. They are always jumping and making a mess.
Hope he snaps out of it.

Hopefully just a bad day for him. I hear one or two bounce of the mesh lid a couple of times a day running from the Bonehead Blue Throat. Mine make a mess too. Always wiping down the rim of the tank.
It’s amazing the amount of water they get on walls and lights. Even when not being chased they seem to like to jump and splash lol.

That just means they're having a good time!
Yup. Sometimes Lineatus waits for me to remove the feed door and then splashes me. Still amazed how he can get it perfectly through the little opening and in my face. Hard to get mad at that talent

I got a text he is still on the bottom in the corner. I’m going to guess the PBT is the culprit.
