Is there any ring of truth to the idea that lighting our tanks is one of the easiest things to do?

The more we explore lighting, the more it becomes increasingly plausible that Reef Lighting is extremely easy to get right. That comes with avoiding these types of mistakes as much as possible!

I say not quite. There are PAR values snd intensities and effect on both coral and fish. Acclimation is very important regarding lighting as well as lighting in a mixed reef
