Looks like ich and either a bacterial infection or uronema, maybe both.

How long have all the fish been together and is this the only one that is showing symptoms? How fast have the dots progressed? Is the wound healing?

The wound is healed, it’s 2 years old. The fish have been together for about as long. The hippo tang is the only one showing the symptoms. The “ick” progressed in 3 days.

How are your fish? I hope they are doing well and your tank follows your previous trends and he fights the disease. While it's not completely out of norm for it to happen, it is uncommon for most people who do not have a way to present a good diversity.

Hi, all are good except for the hippo tang. He or she looks like it’s been hit by small meteors.

Just an update... the tank looks bad but acts normal. No other fish is showing signs of ick.
