Is that 3d printed? I always hated how mine mounted to my AIO have since upgraded and don’t need the mounts anymore. Those look great!

What's the thickness of your glass?

Per the item webpage - Glass Thickness: 8mm

I measured 5/16ths of an inch with a ruler which seems to convert to 8mm.

Tank is an IM 25 Lagoon

Will say this bracket is strong and sturdy

It was challenging to get the 4 screws in. @stoney7713 you may want to retest with the factory screws I feel like it’s the tiniest bit too tight for them. I almost stripped the heads

I wonder if they might of used different screws. While I didn't test yours in particular, I did several prototypes and while tight they weren't head stripping tight.

I'll see if I can't run a tap through them though, maybe that will help.

Mine don't seem to be that difficult to manipulate as of yet, but I've only had the light for ~8 months
