Hiya, just looking for some help, someone I know is selling their kessil a150 ocean blue with flex mount arm for $100 and also have an a160we with flex mount arm for $175 and a controller for $75
I was looking to get a light over my 6.8 coral quarantine tank, but If it does well I would move it to one side of my 80g reef ready tank. Are these good deals, is one better than the other? I read the 150 is a set color but the 160 can be changed, I would like to have a mixed reef so want a light thats good for all

Thank you for any help :)!

Depends on what kind of shape they are in. Those prices seem to be right in there with what I’ve seen them go for. The 150 is the older version of the 160. It’s just a set spectrum and intensity. I have one over a QT. it’s a good light, just no control. The 160 is a better light due to the controllability. You can adjust spectrum and intensity and it can also be ramped up and down with the spectral controller. Hope this helps
