    Hello
We want to share with you one interesting news! :)
Within next few months we will release additional module for Kore5th - it's called kH Lab.
That module allow for very precise measure of alkalinity in saltwater aquarium. Connected to Kore5th allow for automatisation of dosing alkalinity solution/liquid which can help aquarists keeping this most important parameter stable.
That device can be programmed to do 1,2,4,6 and 12 alkalinity checking during the day - and internal algorithms compare results from exact hours every day(because alkalinity change during the day). That informations allow device to "know which trend is actually in your aquarium(dropping or increasing kH level). Device can work also in monitor mode - but we plan to release version also working with our CalcFeeders PRO - so it will be whole automated machine for taking care on your tank most important parameters.
We achieved very high precision by fact not using pH electrode (like it's already done in other product available on market). pH electrodes many times have "swinging" readings a specially when they are working in changing environment(measuring flat filling with water/ emptying after measure).
Additionally they need to be calibrated quite often so real parameters can be different from measured after week weeks/months.
Projected price - about 450,00 euro.

We plan to publish movie from working device soon, stay tuned! :)

    Agree!
Can it be a stand alone for monitoring?

In europe, a comma is used to seperate the whole unit from the faction. In this case: 480,00 = 480.00

The suggested price point is just under $500 US

I think its a good idea to evaluate the inversion, I think how much money represent an alkalinity problem at the aquariums. May be can wait for a couple months to see the results or any final details update. But I think its a good idea to acquire

    Thank for nice input! ;-)
kH Lab is using different method for alkalinity measuring. We are not using pH electrode what make that device more stable and precise in long time(in compare to device with pH probe which need to be calibrated much more often).
Yes, that module is designed to work with our Kore dosing station because actually only Kore 5th can achieve requested precision(0.01ml) for dosing reagents.
All other dosing station usually offer 0.1ml precision - many others can't even dose 1ml exactly(dose more or less..)
Because many of Customers not switched to Kore 5th yet - we will prepare really good deal for complete setup - mean Kore 5th + kH Lab. More details soon!

We expect that device will be ready for order before the summer.
