(Kinda urgent) Do blue Velvet nudibranch’s release toxins when they die?

I have a blue velvet that has had a very rough few days. It seemed to be stuck in an anemone and I was worried it Sould be eaten. So I attempted to pull him away but he was quite stuck. I think I did a bit of damage

Now, I see him on a rock, he seems to be cut open, and I see his insides (yet he is still moving along the rock). I am wondering if it is best to pull him out, if he would poison the tank if he did succumb? If he doesn’t poison the tank I am inclined to give him a chance.

They are reef safe, peaceful, active at night, and may sometime secrete trace amounts of poisonous toxins. Blue Velvet Nudibranchs are best kept in tanks with plenty of live rock, sand, and flatworms (if lacking supplemental feeding is necessary). They should also be kept away from aggressive predators that may see them as a meal.

If it has nothing to eat, it may be experiencing starvation

he has LOTS to eat, this is him two days ago.
I am almost certain I damaged him trying to pull him from the anemone.
If he does die, is he putting my whole rest of the tank at risk? I know the flatworms often have toxin, does this accumulate in the nudibranch, where if it dies it poisons the tank akin to a sea cucumber?
